PAYMENT

SHIPPING
We will usually ship at within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class  with Delivery Confirmation. You may track your order directly on USPS.com.  Once shipped, you will receive an email at your paypal email address with your tracking information (USA shipments only).
Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.
International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.  While most shipments only take about 2 weeks, sometimes your order can get stuck in customs.  We ask that you please wait 6 weeks before letting us know that your international shipment
hasn't arrived.
Some items we sell are handmade by us and take up to a week to make.  If they are made to order, we will note it in the item description.
We can only ship to the address listed in the Paypal payment.

We hold the highest standards for quality body jewelry.  All jewelry is checked prior to shipping, however sometimes shipping can damage a piece of jewelry.  If your jewelry arrives defective, please email us!

RETURNS

We accept returns on any merchandise that arrives defective, or if we sent you an item of a different size/type than ordered.  If you feel there is a defect in your item, please email us, and we will take care of it for you.  Any fees incurred by the buyer for returning an item will be reimbursed upon arrival.  Returns CANNOT be accepted if you mistakenly bought the wrong size, type, color, etc.  Returned body jewelry is immediately thrown away upon arrive and cannot be resold.  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment.  Please return jewelry with original invoice, along with a note stating the problem.  Thank you!

Shipping Terms

If an item needs to be sized, engraved or customized please allow additional time for your item to be shipped. There is an additional fee for these services. Please contact us for time frames and prices. Any item that is customized is non-returnable, non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled as per our Return Policy.

We offer free standard shipping in the US. You can upgrade the shipping service to Priority or Express at checkout for an additional fee. We ship all international packages through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Please click on shipping details on the listing for further information.
All packages are shipped with tracking and you will receive the tracking number when the package has been processed. A signature maybe required on packages over 0.00.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly issue you a refund for the value of the merchandise or we will exchange your item. All returns must be returned unworn, in new condition and in original packaging with the packing slip. If we customize the order for you, the order cannot be cancelled. The sale is final and is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days. The customer pays for return shipping unless we shipped an incorrect item.
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is broken or defective upon receipt.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please attach a picture of the damged item in your message to us.
