PAYMENT

SHIPPING
We will usually ship at within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class  with Delivery Confirmation. You may track your order directly on USPS.com.  Once shipped, you will receive an email at your paypal email address with your tracking information (USA shipments only).
Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately.
International orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.  While most shipments only take about 2 weeks, sometimes your order can get stuck in customs.  We ask that you please wait 6 weeks before letting us know that your international shipment
hasn't arrived.
Some items we sell are handmade by us and take up to a week to make.  If they are made to order, we will note it in the item description.
We can only ship to the address listed in the Paypal payment.

RETURNS

We accept returns on any merchandise that arrives defective, or if we sent you an item of a different size/type than ordered.  If you feel there is a defect in your item, please email us, and we will take care of it for you.  Any fees incurred by the buyer for returning an item will be reimbursed upon arrival.  Returns CANNOT be accepted if you mistakenly bought the wrong size, type, color, etc.  Returned body jewelry is immediately thrown away upon arrive and cannot be resold.  Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment.  Please return jewelry with original invoice, along with a note stating the problem.  Thank you!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN PURCHASING A BLACK DIAMOND.
People in other countries don't have to adhere to the strict rules and guidelines that the US has regarding diamonds. In the US we DO NOT use the letters "AAA" or the word "GRADE" for diamonds. Please be aware that if these words are used it may not be a real black diamond. How can you give it a "grade" if you can't see through it to see what grade it would be? In the US we use a CLARITY system for diamonds that is either IF, VVS, VS, SI, I and the word OPAQUE for black diamonds because you cannot see through the black diamond to give it a clarity.
Some countries use the word "diamond" for any gemstone or cz. For example, a black gemstone or cz would be called a black diamond, a red gemstone or cz would be called a red diamond, a green gemstone or cz would be called a green diamond etc. That's the language they use. This is why you see so many gemstones or cz's being called a diamond. In the US we cannot use the word diamond unless it is a real genuine diamond that passes the US rules and guidelines. The word diamond cannot be used for a gemstone or cz. With all this being said, you can now make an informed decision when buying real black diamonds.
